Trench-Art.co may produce images, listings, description of goods. Otherwise known as "Products". Thus, this information may change without notice or warning. 

 

We have made every effort to accurately depict characteristics, attributes, colors, etc. of all products listed on Trench-Art.co. Heights, weights, and similar descriptions are approximate and are for convenience only. Due to the wide variety of computer monitors, cellular devices, and, other mediums we cannot guarantee that your display of any or all colors will accurately reflect the actual product colors or finish.

It is your responsibility to inquire with us regarding potential discrepancies found on a products page prior to purchasing. All items sold on Trench-Art.co are considered used and are expected to possess dings, dents, cracks, tarnish, blemishes, and other states of defects and damage. Please see Terms of Use for examples of defects and damage. We will do our best to facilitate any and all questions related to products sold on Trench-Art.co and provide a description that we deem to be accurate.

As the products sold on Trench-Art.co can be over 100 years old. There may be debris or other items that we are unable to remove from the product. As there is large quantity of dunnage throughout history and the world. We are unable to authenticate any product to a particular time, place of manufacture, event, or when it was modified.

Over time, oxidation occurs naturally and cannot be attributed to any individual's actions. It is a process where a substance reacts with oxygen, resulting in the formation of oxides. This chemical reaction is influenced by various factors such as temperature, humidity, and the presence of catalysts. It is important to understand that oxidation is a natural phenomenon that happens to many materials, including metals. As oxidation is a natural process, you agree that Trench-Art.co cannot be held accountable for natural changes in our products.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND BILLING

By placing an order on Trench-Art.co you agree that you have the right to use any credit card, debit card, or any other form of payment authorized by Trench-Art.co.

 

By providing payment information to Trench-Art.co you are authorizing us to maintain, store, and use the card information provided as a payment method for purchases you make on Trench-Art.co.

Any billing information provided to Trench-Art.co must be accurate and truthful. Utilizing false information is a violation of this Policy and Terms and Use and may result in suspension or termination of your account. When purchasing products, we may request additional information from you that may be needed to verify you as a user or guest during checkout.

 

At our sole discretion, we have the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason placed on Trench-Art.co without notification to you.

 

At the end of the checkout process, you are confirming your purchase and agree to accept and pay for the product(s), shipping and handling, and applicable taxes. 

 

Trench-Art.co has the right to limit the quantity and number of products purchased per user for any reason and without notice. 

 

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full product listing before committing to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a product when you commit to buy a product and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the price or availability of any product until the order is placed as pricing and availability may contain errors. Upon receipt of an order confirmation, you agree that it does not constitute our acceptance of an order or provide confirmation of an offer to sell a product. Trench-Art.co reserves all rights to cancel any order found to contain pricing or availability errors, with no obligations to you, even after you received an order confirmation.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed will be processed within 3 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. We reserve the right to extend processing time based off availability of staff, vacations days, or other. If extended processing is expected, purchasers will be notified through email.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Purchased products will be shipped to the address on file, designated by you, if applicable. Tracking information will be sent to the customer upon purchase of shipping.

 

The risk of loss and damage of products passes onto you upon Trench-Art.co delivery of the products to the shipping provider. 

 

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

 

Estimated delivery is determined by the method of shipping type chosen, the location of the product at purchase, and the shipping destination. We are unable to expedite or force a shipping provider to deliver your products sooner than their availability. 

 

As Trench-Art.co is unable to influence shipping providers. For products that do not arrive on time, you must contact the shipping provider for updates or to receive potential refunds from the shipping provider.

For any items lost or damaged while in the custody of the shipping provider. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping provider for reimbursement.

RETURNS

Customers have the option to return undamaged, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. If modifications or options are purchased. Polishing, lacquer, or others then the associated cost to those modifications or options will not be refunded.

 

This policy is in place to provide our customers with peace of mind and ensure their satisfaction with their purchase. We understand that sometimes products may not meet expectations or may not be exactly what the customer was looking for, and we want to make the return process as easy and convenient as possible.

QUALITY CONTROL

For quality control purposes, we will require pictures of the damaged item or shipping container.
